The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses and cutleries. You can start your energetic or relaxing morning with self-made cup of coffee at the terrace. The dining area has a table and four chairs. After having  delicious meal you can rest at the easy transferable full-size couch along with a TV and simply enjoy the day! 

Beautifully furnished  bedroom includes one King Size bed with high quality bedding sheets.

Plus another transferable full-size couch in den-bedroom.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. Absolutely amazing stay!
Our last day in Fort Lauderdale couldn’t have been better. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming truly a wonderful community vibe from the moment we arrived. We had a small issue come up, and they handled it immediately with so much professionalism and care.

They were extremely accommodating in every way, making us feel comfortable and taken care of. The place itself was great, and the experience was even better because of how attentive and friendly they were.
