Resort Procedures:
Check-in is completed through the resort’s front desk. Three days before your arrival, you will receive a message with access instructions and details on the check-in process.

At check-in, the resort will collect the following:

• Refundable security deposit of $250, released after check-out once the home has been inspected by staff. Processing times vary depending on your bank.
• Nightly resort fee of $40 plus tax, which includes access to pools, the fitness center and beach services.
• Valet parking available for $35 plus tax per night.
Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing.

A valid ID and a credit card in the reservation holder’s name are required. All guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

Not to mention, the Host was very responsive and accommodating, even offering late check out!! 

If you're visiting South Florida, this is the move!  Hollywood has the best beach north of Marathon but South of St. Augustin!
