The neighborhood around Hallandale Beach maintains a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, influenced by its coastal setting. The condo is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the beach and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.

👥 Guest Policy:
The unit accommodates up to 6 guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. Wristbands provided by the resort must be worn by all guests when using resort amenities. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.
