Hallandale Beach, ideally situated between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, presents an excellent locale that combines the finest aspects of both cities, easily accessible within minutes by car. This community boasts abundant shopping opportunities, with the convenience of a nearby Walmart for extended stay grocery needs.

This condo is situated within the prestigious Hallandale neighborhood, a mere stone's throw away from Hyde Beach and a short drive from both the Aventura Mall and the dining establishments of Sunny Isles Beach.

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:

2. Valet Parking is $40 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $150 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. Oreillers et rideaux tachés, poils et cheveux sur les lits, odeur de cigarettes, des mégots sont jetés sur notre balcon. 
La sécurité n’est pas présente aux étages donc chaque logement fait sa loi.  Odeur de cannabis dans tout l’étage et lorsque vous êtes dans votre balcon. 
présence d’une serpillère noire de saleté dans le sèche linge… 
Le ménage n’est pas soigné. 
Trous dans les murs, tapis en lambeaux non remplacés. 
La piscine  est réservée aux familles avec des enfants. Lieu bruyant  Impossible d’avoir un moment calme même dans le jacuzzi ou les enfants sautent en plongeant.  Il n’y a pas assez de parasol et de transat. Lorsque vous demandez de prendre un endroit à l’ombre on vous demande de réserver à l’avance. 
La plage à proximité  est bondée et sale , les transats sont cheaps et vieillots.
