Located in the heart of Hallandale Beach, this area offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, guests can enjoy easy beach access, scenic coastal walks, and oceanfront dining. The neighborhood is peaceful yet close to everything—local cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping plazas are all within minutes.

📄 LIABILITY AGREEMENT

To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, we kindly ask that all guests sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step with no exceptions - check-in instructions can only be provided once the agreement is completed.
⏳ If not submitted on time, the reservation may be at risk of cancellation.

🍼 PACK 'N PLAY/TRAVEL CRIB: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

🧳 EARLY CHECK-IN: While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible.

🛄 LATE CHECK-OUT: If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.

👥 GUESTS POLICY:

• Our property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please be aware that out of these 8 guests, we can only host a maximum of 6 adults.
• The unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

‼️HOUSE RULES:

• Please keep Doors & Windows Closed to maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage.
• Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone.
• No parties or additional overnight guests are allowed.
