‼️ IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

👥 Guest Policy:

The villa accommodates a maximum of 14 registered guests. After booking, the primary guest must provide a valid government-issued ID and the first and last names of all occupants.

Parties, events, unregistered guests, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Please respect our residential neighborhood and avoid excessive noise or vehicles. Towels, linens, toiletries, and other essentials are supplied according to the number of registered guests.

📝 Pre-Arrival Requirement:

All guests must complete a short Liability Agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is mandatory, and check-in instructions can only be released after the agreement has been completed.

Failure to submit it on time may delay or prevent check-in and could affect the reservation.

🚪 Check-In Method:

Enjoy convenient self check-in using the property’s keypad. Once all mandatory pre-arrival requirements have been completed, your unique access code will be provided three days before arrival. It will remain active throughout your reservation and is changed after every stay for added security.

🅿️ Parking:

The driveway accommodates up to two vehicles. Driving or parking on the front lawn is strictly prohibited. Please do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or the street. Guests are responsible for any parking violations or resulting property damage.

🧑 Primary Renter:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the reservation. This requirement is strictly enforced.

🔥 BBQ Grill Safety:

The BBQ grill must remain outside the tiki hut and may never be used underneath the hut or another covered structure. Please turn it off after use and allow it to cool completely.

🏊 Pool Equipment:

Please do not touch or adjust the pool pump, heater, valves, timers, or other equipment. Contact us if assistance is needed. A $500 charge may apply for tampering, unauthorized adjustments, or resulting damage.

🗑️ Trash:

Trash bins are located outside the backyard, at the rear right of the property. They can be accessed through the exit behind the tiki hut. Please place all waste in the appropriate bins.

🍼 Pack ’n Play:

A Pack ’n Play travel crib is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Requests must be submitted at least one week before arrival so it can be prepared for your stay.

🚭 Smoking Policy:

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa. A $500 charge will apply for violations. Guests are also responsible for smoke-related cleaning or damage.

Insects and small wildlife are a natural part of South Florida’s tropical environment. The property receives regular pest-control treatments, but occasional sightings may still occur. Keeping doors and windows closed and avoiding uncovered food helps minimize exposure.

Exterior security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the villa or in private indoor areas.

🛠️ Scheduled Maintenance:

Pool, landscaping, and pest-control professionals may visit the property during your stay as part of the regular maintenance schedule. These visits are generally brief and cannot always be rescheduled.
